If you want to know how many people watched or knew this animation film in China. My answer is at least one billion people did. Am I kidding you? No, absolute not. You can’t image how popular this animation is when I was a child. This animation movie reflect whole Chinese children childhood life. Especially the generation of 80s.

This animation was made by style of paper-cut, and this is most classic and traditional art in China. The time of this animation is around 85min in 2008, but the original TV series was 13 episodes and 135min in 1987. The Producers not only reduce the time of animation, but change new film technology to make this animation more appreciative.

This story about this animation is very simply and easy to understand, like barve, justice, united and so on. It’s talking about there are seven brothers want to save their grandpa from evil and each of them has different ability like fire, lighting, transfom, but they ever win evil once because they’re not united. Finally, they figure out that the only way to win is united each other since their grandfather was killed by evil. I have to admit that it touched me a lot when I was a kid. The whole story just like a dream of Chinese children because there is no such attractive animation at that time. This is a milestone in Chinese animation. Many people treated this animation for first education in their life.
